1. How long does a membership last?

All memberships run for 12 months, with payments spread across monthly instalments.

2. I’m a parent and my child has a membership. Can I join in with their sessions?

​If your child is under 18 and has a membership, parents can help facilitate practice by feeding the bowling machines and throwing balls. If you’d like to actively take part in sessions, our Training Partner Membership may be a better option.

​

3. Does Trueman access come out of my lane hire allowance?

​Yes. Trueman access is included within your lane hire allowance, rather than being an additional benefit on top.

 

4. I’m a member. Can I bring a guest?

​Yes! Members can bring guests for £10 per person. If you regularly train with the same person, our Training Partner Membership could offer better value.

​

5. Is there a limit to how many times someone can visit as a guest?

​Yes. Each guest can visit a maximum of six times as a guest. If they’d like to train more regularly, a membership may be the best option.
